Whether your event will be family friendly, or adult oriented, HG can put together a dynamic night to engage your audience, attract new supporters, and of course raise funds. Every group is unique, that’s why we work with your organization to figure out the project, price point, and experience that best speaks to your audience. Whether its branded theme crafts, or seasonal fun, we work along side you and your group to make sure the event speaks to the nature of your cause.

Let the Craftaurant team come to you! We simply pull up at your sporting event, after school festival, or venue and offer a variety of hands on projects, “make & take” or take home crafting kits. It’s a great way to offer something fun & unique, while raising money.
Groups of all sizes
Fundraisers start at a 15 people requirement. After that we can accommodate events of all sizes.
A: You pick a date and a craft, we host the event, and a portion of every ticket sold goes directly to your organization. We handle the setup, supplies, and instruction—your supporters just show up and have fun.
A: It depends on your turnout and craft choice, but most fundraisers earn $10–$20 per ticket sold. We’ll walk you through different pricing options and help you find the best setup for your group and goals.
A: You’re welcome to promote it, but we’ll also help you set up an event page with online ticketing to make it easy. The more your community shares it, the more you raise!
A: Schools, PTO/PTAs, booster clubs, animal rescues, local nonprofits, dance teams, and anyone who wants a fun way to raise money without selling chocolate bars or raffle tickets. It’s fundraising—but make it creative.
